Well, i have heard people doubting this program but the commercial is not just a bunch of paid actors. if you have ever seriously tried to work out you can see the strain in these peoples’ eyes on the commercials. actors are commonly out of shape, although the people on the commercials may not have [...]

I am a college graduate and majored in health and fitness. While I have always been in good shape, I have never had the toned or ripped body that I wanted. Thus, I bought P90X in September of 2008 and for a full year, I used it, an hour in the morning and an hour [...]

I saw the infomercial and picked up the program… and it KICKED my ass. I had to take about half the days off during the first 2 weeks (too sore), but finally got in good enough shape to make it thru a full plyometrics workout and from then on, really started seeing results. [...]

I’ve been looking around the week trying to make up my mind about starting P90X or Crossfit. I’m hearing great things about both programs I would like to hear from some P90X users what they really think (not a bunch of Beach Body marketing speak).
Is this the real deal? Can anyone offer a comparison to [...]

When I started P90X it was really easy to get motivated, Tony Horton is a great host and keeps things up beat, however since I’ve had my second child I’ve had more difficulty getting motivated. I really want to get back on track but just can’t seem to pull it together. Anyone have any advice [...]

I’ve been a devout P90X user for going on a couple of years now. When I first started I was a good 50 pounds overweight. I was unhappy, my wife was nagging me to get in shape and I felt stressed and tired all the time. I saw the commercial for P90X and thought it [...]

Try P90X with a friend too.
I was looking around and people were discussing trying P90X with a trainer. I personally can’t afford to hire a trainer which is why I started P90X in the first place. My alternative was to start with a good friend of mine who also wanted to get into shape. Wee [...]

I’m usually not one to quit but after 2 weeks I just couldn’t find the time to keep with it.  The results weren’t bad but I think the time needed to dedicated to the program should be explained more clearly.

P90X is a very legitimate program. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 12 years and although I like to incorporate some of my own moves, Tony Horton has truly put together a program that will get almost anyone into peak shape. Combine P90X with a positive motivated trainer and watch the results. If you [...]

I was skeptical in getting started (too many poor experiences), but from the very first day, it was pretty clear this was a program like no other.  Tony just has a way of making you feel at ease AND motivated at the very same time…it’s crazy!
